Return & Exchange Policy

At avyy lanē kidswear, we want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. If there is any issue with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Eligible reasons

Return or exchange requests will be accepted only for the following reasons:

Wrong size delivered
Damaged product received
Wrong product delivered

Condition of the product To be eligible for return or exchange, the product must be:

Unused
Unwashed
In original condition
With original tags attached

Products that have been washed, used, altered, or returned without tags will not be accepted.

Size exchange

If the size does not fit, exchange is available.

Each product is eligible for one exchange only.
After one successful exchange, no further exchange requests will be accepted for the same product.

Shipping charges

For approved return or exchange requests, shipping charges will be covered by the brand.

Refunds

If a return is approved, the refund will be processed within 2–5 business days.

Refunds will be made directly to the customer’s bank account.
